Two common questions: Where do I hand in my assignments? Coulee Collegiate has a drop box a few steps within the main doors of the Medicine Hat College. Coulee Collegiate is located on the third floor of the B Wing, but at this point, students and parents do not have physical access to our facility. How do I register? Call Coulee College between 4:00-8:00 on Tuesday or Wednesday to set up a registration appointment. Registrations will continue via Google Meet until further notice. (Our regular school hours resume on August 25.)

Beyond Walls Outreach School is open to our students and new registrations as we transition to Coulee Collegiate. June 23, 24 and 25 - 8:30am-3:00pm June 26 - 8:30am - 1:00pm Our Summer School hours begin the week of June 29. We are available for registration appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. Please call the school during our office hours to book an appointment. We are open Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4:00pm -8:00 pm for the months of July and August with the exception of: July 1 – closed July 14 – closed July 15 - closed We will be back to regular school hours starting the week of August 25th. Current students are asked to continue to hand in assignments into our drop box located at the back of Beyond Walls School.

Beyond Walls Outreach School is excited to announce our collaboration with Medicine Hat College and Medicine Hat Public School Division No. 76 to amalgamate our outreach resources under one umbrella. Our current students will continue without interruption as we transition to Coulee Collegiate. BWOS will operate at our Allowance Ave. location until the end of June and will be relocating to the MHC the summer of 2020 (please watch for details). BWOS is closed April 10-19 for the Easter Holiday break. We will resume our office hours on April 20. (Please refer to our registration and hand in processes previously posted.) Update: March 20 - 3:12pm Diploma Exams On March 20th, Alberta Education posted the following regarding Diploma Exams and Provincial Achievement tests “All Grade 6 and 9 provincial achievement tests and Grade 12 diploma exams are cancelled. Under special circumstances, students can request to write a diploma exam. Students wishing to do so should speak to their teacher and school administrator.” If you have registered for the April writing at BWOS, and you still wish to write the Diploma, please contact BWOS between March 25 and March 30. We will be looking into how we can accommodate you. For those students choosing to write, previous deadlines and expectations are still in place. For those students wishing not to write the April diploma, please contact BWOS, or check for updates on Facebook, sometime early next week. For the week of March 23 1. No new course registrations. We plan to start scheduling registrations towards the end of this week. 2. BWOS will not be open for students to come in and work. Our regular support will be available through phone, email or text. 3. Students/Parents will be allowed to drop off completed work. This can be done through the system we implemented previously. Please go to the back of our school to our parking pad; there is a mail slot in the garage door. Please label your assignment correctly and drop it into the mail slot. Make sure all pages are stapled in properly ahead of time. 4. Students/Parents will be allowed to come to BWOS to pick up the remainder of their course work under the following protocol: . . . . . In light of recent announcements, course work at BWOS will continue with minor interruptions. In the meantime: 1. We will not have students in the building on Monday, March 16 for exams, face to face support, material drop off/pick up, etc. 2. We will soon announce a date for students to pick up materials and/or drop off assignments. 3. As of now, we will be doing no registrations or exams for the next two days. Students should continue to work on their courses and as usual, get support from their teachers when they need to. We are still here to assist you; course work and learning at BWOS will go on. You will get the opportunity to finish your course work. Expectations to complete course work has not changed. As usual, make sure to call, email or text for any help you need.
